Upon acceptance of the Pre-Construction Agreement, we will begin the process of design. We’ll design and build any style home or will help you create your dream home. We work with our group of Draftsman & Architects that are proven interpreters of the large luxury homes. Over a period of approximately 2-4 months, our draftsman / architects or yours will schedule periodic design meetings with you to review the plan in progress and receive additional feedback. Long distance communication is not a problem; electronic or overnight mailings work great. In addition to visiting with the draftsman / architects, you will also be meeting with the interior designer at intervals to determine selections and finishes for costing purposes. We will prepare periodic cost updates during the design process.
