Herman Guardado has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. His current development projects include the development of two single family subdivisions, and the development of a Medical Office Park as well as Federal General Contracting. As an owner of Guard Building Corporation, he has developed close working relationships with Lenders, Clients, Architects, and Sub-Contractors. As a Builder, Mr. Guardado has developed a unique understanding of Federal Contracting / Commercial Construction / Land Development & the High end Custom Home Industry, while continually searching for design excellence and efficiency. Herman has been a member of the Builder’s association and Guard is also licensed in Arizona / California and soon to be in Nevada. Herman is active in his community, currently sitting on the board for the NAMCSC and a previous member with Boys and Girls Club, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and also the Sun Bowl Committee.
