Teamwork
The construction process actually begins well before the construction contract is signed. During the design phase, builder and project manager work closely with architecture and estimating, becoming well informed of plans and specifications. Construction start is therefore efficient and timely. Project architects and interior designers remain involved during construction, insuring design integrity.

Project Management
As construction team leader, the project builder provides on-site management of trades, construction quality, daily and critical path scheduling, and budget control. He is a primary point of contact for the client. The Project Manager is also very integral to the construction process, working very closely with the client and interior designer regarding selections and expenditures, as well as providing field support to the project builder.

Extensive Service
As a design/build company we are committed to providing a broad range of services in-house for improved management control. As such, we have on-staff specialty tile installers; heavy equipment operators for extensive site work including pool installation; and general labor for miscellaneous and clean-up. Our clients benefit from more timely, conscientious work as well as reduced costs.
